This is a Fandom Gives Back story involving the same characters as Art After 5. Because it takes place several years later, no prior reading of Art After 5 is necessary.
That being said, this is written in the Art After 5 canon. Bella has a past—a somewhat painful one—and it’s inevitable that emotions and events she’d thought were long ago resolved will come back up. Life-altering experiences almost always create a level of introspection.
The following piece deals with very sensitive topics. I’m not writing with a agenda, I’m simply telling a story while staying true to the characters I created. Political debates have their place; this isn’t it.

im confused who is Reed if it is the AA5 characters?

The author has mentioned that from almost the very beginning, that this story revolved from twilight and E/B and into her own characters, Reed and Beth. In other words, this is her original writing and characters and thus this is Reed's and Beth's story/sequel. I can't say for sure but this is the impression i have; correct me if i'm wrong.
